Deborah is the heart and soul of Elite Hair Loss Solutions and has been a licensed Cosmetologist for 30 years and is a Master Hair Restoration Stylist, Designer, and Educator, with more than 28 years of experience in the alternative hair industry. Beyond her impressive non-surgical hair restoration aptitude, Deborah has an extensive and vast resume of education and training.

Deborah’s passion for delivering life-changing image enhancing results to our Elite Guests for almost three decades continues. She serves as President for Elite Hair Alternatives Incorporated as well as full-time duties behind the chair and working every day to ensure each and every hair enhancement order is 100% accurate and on time.
Deborah also oversees complete and detailed training of each Elite Staff member to ensure that every service performed for every Elite Guest is consistent and meets her high standards. Deborah’s very favorite aspect of her job is seeing the look on a new Guest’s face upon their transformational change. It is a gratification that is extremely fulfilling because she herself suffers from hair loss and understands its devastation. She loves what she does, and it shows!
Gary Long
Owner, Clinic Director & Chief of Staff
Gary serves at CFO and Director of Marketing, but performs many additional duties such as bookkeeping, payroll, staff hiring, IT support, general repairs and maintenance, Guest relations and support, and even coffee gopher for valued Elite Guests…lol!
Since 1999, Elite Hair Loss Solutions studios has relocated twice, and annually upgraded or expanded their offices for the continuing advancement and improvement of the Elite Guest experience. During these five construction projects, Gary served as General Contractor and was responsible for design, and actual construction of Elite’s professional facilities performing most, and sometimes all of the work himself. Gary, along with Deborah, is responsible for the beautiful interior design elements Elite Guests enjoy each visit.

Dana Haruff
Director of Operations
Dana has been a valued Elite Team member for more than seven years, and now serves as our Team Leader. She brings more than 26 years of industry knowledge and expertise to the table as an internationally trained and licensed Cosmetologist and color specialist. Dana holds the remarkable distinction of the first and only Elite Hair Loss Solutions employee ever to receive a raise before she even received her first paycheck with us!
Dana’s Elite Hair Loss Solutions resume here is loaded with promotions because she simply excels with every opportunity we have ever given her! She was promoted in 2020 to full-time Consultant, promoted again in 2021 to Assistant Manager, to Manager in 2022, and finally Director of Operations in 2024.

In addition to Dana’s professional attributes, her fun-loving personality and personal experiences as a cancer survivor are especially beneficial our Elite Hair Loss Solutions Guests, many of which are undergoing life-saving treatments themselves. Her empathy and sincere desire to help people navigate the emotional difficulties of losing one’s hair is an ongoing personal mission for Dana. She understands very well the anxiety and devastation that comes from losing her hair several times through her cancer battles. Her positive attitude toward these challenges, and her wealth of knowledge about hair loss and passion for assisting others is an absolute inspiration to everyone who has the pleasure of meeting her!
Angela Herring
Lead Stylist
Angi has almost 28 years of experience as a licensed Cosmetologist and 20+ years of expertise in the hair loss and alternative hair industry. She joined our Elite Team over 15 years ago and is now our Lead Stylist / Hair Loss Specialist, and also serves as Elite Hair Loss Solutions’ Technical Trainer. Angi has extensive experience in Trichology with two separate Trichology Certifications from Capilia Head First as well as CRLAB.

Robin Marquez
Shift Supervisor,
Hair Replacement Specialist
Robin brings 10 years of cosmetology experience and has been with Elite Hair Loss Solutions for over 3 years. She is loving her experience as a Hair Loss Specialist and assisting our Elite Guests with her outstanding hair restoration talents. She possesses a diverse set of skills and loves doing perms, but her particular specialty is ladies hairstyles. Robin started with us as Special Assistant to the Owner, but quickly outgrew those responsibilities and has rapidly become a favorite with our Elite Guests and she has blended wonderfully with our entire Elite Team. In addition to non-surgical hair replacement proficiency, Robin has also become our in-house Hair Extension Specialist and our go-to for performing most of our wig and topper fittings. In late 2025, Robin was promoted into a newly created Shift Supervisor position.

Robin has always displayed an eagerness to expand her professional expertise, and her hard work has paid off. Robin is now a gifted, and seasoned veteran Hair Replacement Stylist and now assists management with stylist training. In fact, she is the type of employee that we as hair replacement salon owners, dream of! Robin loves making people feel good about themselves and her sweet, caring nature is very apparent to us and to those who sit in her chair. In addition to being an excellent hair restoration artist, Robin is very family oriented and loves kayaking.
Alicia Flores
Hair Replacement Specialist
Alicia Flores joins our Elite Team after working locally here in Sacramento at Natural Look Transitions. Alicia brings almost 9 years of hair replacement industry, salon office and management experience, and is a valued member of our Elite Hair Loss Solutions family. Her positive energy and remarkable passion and enthusiasm for our industry shows in her work.
Alicia sees beauty in everything and she strives to convey that beauty in her work. She feels she has been given the incredible opportunity to exercise her true empathy towards those who need help with their hair loss, and the ability to deliver a high level of service to help them restore what they’ve lost. She truly cares about our Elite Guests and wants them all to feel confident and their very best.
Taylor Lemons
Hair Replacement Apprentice
Taylor is the newest member of our Elite Hair Loss Solutions family. She brings 3 years of experience as a Licensed Cosmetologist with a special focus on men’s hair cutting. Taylor is excited with her journey into hair replacement and has impressed every one of her Elite Team Members with her work ethic, her positive attitude, and her ability to absorb and implement what she has learned. She has a real talent working with color and is really enjoying her newfound hair replacement abilities and seeing the incredible transformations she is providing for our Elite Guests for which Taylor is already becoming a fan-favorite.
Taylor is compassionate, kind and enjoys hiking, paddle boarding, and going to concerts. We see a very bright future for Taylor at Elite Hair Loss Solutions and we look forward to many more years with her as she refines her talents and expands her role with us.
